Irvine, California Burrana announced the appointment of Andy Fellows as Vice President, Customer Programs and Services. Andy will oversee customer fulfillment across the organization leading the Airline Services, Program Management, Contract Management and Order Administration teams.
Andy brings a rich background in IFE, Operations and Program Management, having most recently served as VP/GM for Panasonic Avionics supporting Asia, China, and Japan. He was also on the board of Panasonic Avionics Services, responsible for Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO) in the Asia region.
Prior to his time in Asia, Andy held various roles in Program Management and Customer Services at Panasonic, including heading up the entire Program Management Organization. Andy also worked on the airline side at Virgin Atlantic Airways, as a Design and Development Engineer in Cabin Systems.

Andy possesses a strong technical foundation, holding a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
