Following the announcement of digEcor’s acquisition of commercial IFE business from Collins Aerospace, Burrana will exhibit for the first time in Europe under its new brand.

“It’s been an exciting time for us all as we launched Burrana, building on our 50 year legacy of innovation. Our highest priority is to delight our 300+ customers that between them operate more than 1,400 aircraft with our solutions installed. Integrating our global employee base to ensure seamless business operations is a close second,” said Burrana CEO, David Withers.

“digEcor was well known for our ability to innovate, rapidly bringing new products to market. With the new products, capabilities, but most importantly, people that have joined us from Collins, Burrana will build on digEcor’s legacy adding Collins production capacity, OEM relationships and engineering capabilities,” said Withers.

The AIX exhibition is one of the key passenger experience calendar events and offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate Burrana’s integrated cabin technologies including IFE, passenger power and cabin lighting to customers and industry experts. AIX will provide an exciting platform for Burrana to launch its new brand in Europe, cementing itself as a leader in cabin technology. Burrana is delivering on its vision of taking the passenger experience to the next level by leveraging its engineering expertise and proven ability to rapidly develop and certify new products.
