On 18 January 2019, digEcor completed its acquisition of the commercial in-flight entertainment (IFE) business from Collins Aerospace, including PAVES™, PAVES™ On-demand, Total Entertainment System (TES), Enhanced Total Entertainment System (ETES) and content services. The closing of this transaction, and digEcor’s integration with this significant business, marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for digEcor— now rebranded as Burrana.

All customers will be transitioned across to Burrana over the next 7-12 months. Customers will receive information about key milestones, and as the transition nears completion. The service customers receive today will continue uninterrupted and the Burrana team will be in touch to personally reiterate these details.

Placing orders

The current method of placing customer orders and purchasing will remain in place for all new and existing orders including new-buy systems, spare LRUs, service parts as well as repair services.

Support

Customer’s current support engineering contacts, and the locations of repair centres, will not change during the transition period. Customers can continue to process repairs as they do today with their existing repair centre.

Contact

Burrana regional sales representatives will be contacting customers in the coming weeks to introduce themselves and ensure your transition to Burrana is a smooth and positive one. If customers require immediate assistance, please contact your regional representative:
